Phone Customers: 

There is an issue with Shaw/Rogers phones lines affecting VOIP customers, whereby users may hear ringing or distortion while on the phone.  This will also be experienced by other customers (i.e. Bell customers) where the other caller is using Shaw/Rogers lines.

This is a known issue with Shaw/Rogers lines in Sault Ste Marie.  If you are experiencing these issues, contact Shaw/Rogers and provide ticket number INC1441758.
